Best range in town hands down. Staff is always very nice and enjoy the putting green and short game area! Bruce Parker is my coach and uses video which is so helpful. He has my golf game the best it's ever been!
This is really convenient from my office. If I need to blow off some steam I visit on my lunch. Great facility. I don't use the grass often but has mostly mats with some grass to hit from. Decent putting green for practice as well. Pro shop is well stocked with lots of options.
I went multiple times during a trip to Charlotte in which I did not travel with my own clubs. I was easily able to rent clubs(for free) from the shop. They were very helpful and had a variety to rent.
The auto- tee system was nice but confusing at first. The outside bays did not have clear directions and it was very hard or impossible to read the screen. The covered bays were much easier to read and see what your ball count was.
The place does get very busy at night with multiple people waiting for a bay. I tended to go around the lunch hour/midday and had no issues.
Been going to Leatherman for a while now, and it's always a good time. Recently it's gotten a little busy, but I'm always able to find a bay somewhere.
I took a lesson here to brush up on some stuff and the instructor was helpful and kind. He helped me identify some good tricks to keep my swing in check!
This place is my heart. Best way to spend any week night to relax after work. Cheap beer. Good lights. Cheap balls. It’s awesome and some are covered if it rains.
Been going for years but used the shop services for the first time today to have my driver re-gripped and I was blown away with how quick, professional, and helpful the tech was. 10/10 recommend for any and all of your golf needs
Good driving range, putting and chipping areas. Recently took the Golf 101 lessons with Frank. Frank was an excellent instructor - really personable, helpful and funny. He was able to help a newbie like me understand the fundamentals of golf and explained it in ways that made sense, while giving me training exercises to improve my game. Would absolutely recommend Leatherman Golf and Frank for any golf instruction/lessons!
I come here for golfing lessons and practice. It’s a really nice golf range with great facilities and reasonable price.
Golf 101 was amazing - frank was an incredible instructor. Makes everything easy to understand and works with everyone individually to make sure you’re catching on. Would highly recommend taking Frank’s classes or lessons with him.
Golf 101 class with our instructor Frank was awesome! Even with 8 of us in the class, he makes time to teach every single person and makes it fun while learning the game. Highly recommended!!!
